Pathfinder Bank desired a second location in Onondaga County and wanted a presence in the downtown Syracuse market place. They chose Pike Block, an urban mixed-use redevelopment project in the heart of downtown Syracuse. We teamed with VIP Structures to deliver plumbing for the offices and bathrooms at this location.  

Crescent Commons is located in the historic Crescent Corset factory, a historic 1920’s brick building that encompasses an entire block of Main Street in Cortland. The renovated mixed-use facility features 50 residential units and a common lounge, exercise room and private courtyard. This was another successful collaboration with VIP’s construction team.  

We teamed with VIP Construction to be part of the many crews that helped restore the Pike Block buildings in downtown Syracuse.
