Crescent Commons is located in the historic Crescent Corset factory, a historic 1920’s brick building that encompasses an entire block of Main Street in Cortland. The renovated mixed-use facility features 50 residential units and a common lounge, exercise room and private courtyard.
This was another successful collaboration with VIP’s construction team.
